Community Meetings

Our monthly meeting have started and we are proud to announce the community has a lot to say and we are listening. We use these meetings to better find out how we can assist in our community and help in terms of mentoring and advocacy. Our first meeting took place 7/30/2006 and it addressed recent staffing changes, new members to the Board of Directors and a goal setting session for the New Year. Our next meeting will take place October 10th, 2011 the agenda will include our new outreach efforts,what to do with recent donations and gifts as well as prepare for the launch of our computer lab and the formation of Psalm 91 group( for the sum of $25.00 you can join and every month get four sermons that Rev. Weston has delivered to listening hearts) cd's of sermons are starting to be mailed and our CDC and rehab projects.

Our Outreach is Growing

We are excited about the prospect of an expanded responsibility within the community. The prayer line that has been added has been met with an overwhelming amount of calls and after the first of the year we now have live counselors. Thank you. We are constantly trying to fill a need within our community and towards this end always accept donations of food, toys and clothing.

We are Blessed and pleased to announce the donation of additional copiers and printers for our computer lab, as the donations grow we are able to benefit more people, thank you.
